Over the past week Nit, Tuptim's mother, has been in Bangkok with Tuptim who was in a critical condition. Tuptim was very ill and Doctors had only given her a twenty percent chance of survival. Not only were Nit and Nai worried about their daughters chance of survival but also whether they could even afford the bills for the surgery.

Ultimate Fighting Championship President Dana White has agreed to cover the cost of a liver transplant surgery for Tuptim.
We have been franticly fund raising to cover the cost of operation for seven-month-old Tuptim and over US$15,000 has been raised so far. The total cost of the operation is around US$50,000, but now Mr White and the UFC are to step in to make up the difference. Mr Whites Team have been in touch with us and agreed to pay for the liver transplant surgery.

To raise funds in the short time we have available we are holding a fundraiser party at Yoonique Bar at Nai Harn Beach on the 24/12/2010. Tickets are available for sale from any of our Tuptimteers prior to the event and tickets will be available on the door. All are welcome to attend either in fancy dress in 70's theme or casual.
